CLIFF Sr. High Winter Camp '25 Permission Form

Friday, 2/28/25, 3:30pm - Sunday, 3/2/25, 4:30pm | Sr. High Winter Camp is an opportunity for 9th-12th grade students to escape the ordinary! CLIFF Youth Group students are encouraged to join us for an amazing weekend of fun, music, and Bible messages! The cost is $175, which is due by Sunday, 2/9. Students should meet at the Big House on Friday, 2/28/25, at 3:30pm with their bags packed and extra money for Burger King on the way (in addition, they are welcome to bring optional snack money, & an optional $16 for a camp shirt). We will be spending the weekend at Rock Mountain Bible Camp. Students can be picked up from the Big House on Sunday, 3/2/25, at 4:30pm.

I know it's another form, but I need everyone to print out, fill out, & bring the form to me by Sunday, 2/9 (https://www.rockmountainbiblecamp.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Consent-Medical-FORM.pdf). For the name of the event, you can write "THAW". If you need me to print one off for you, I am happy to. If there are any dietary restrictions, please write them in on the bottom of the form.

A challenging, but important rule for students: no phones or electronics are allowed for students. If you have special needs or requests, I am willing to hold onto items. If I see a student with electronics that I have not given permission to use, it will be taken away. This will be a great opportunity to unplug and focus on God & friends.

Students should only have one packed bag (packing list is below), plus a sleeping bag & pillow, and an optional backpack for the car ride. The packing list follows:
